The gloves provide protection of the hands of the ship's personnel in 
the areas of the hands and forearms from exposure to open flames 
and elevated temperatures. Used both in enclosed spaces of ships, 
on the outer deck or on land, in a wide range of temperatures 
and climatic conditions. Gloves are intended to be worn 
over the combat uniform.
